Sure, a sun-kissed glow sounds dreamy, but the sizzling sensation of sunburn is anything but. Luckily, there are plenty of ways to soothe your skin and stop feeling like a human torch.
Get Out of the Sun Immediately
As soon as you notice your skin turning red, the first thing you should do is find shade or head indoors. The longer you stay in the sun, the worse the burn can get.
